experiments (P = 0.9 bar).
Figure S9. Calibration curve of maximum wavelength as a function of glucose concentration (20-300 mg/dl) for glucose
responsive microgel-based etalons in pH 9.3 and 6.5 at 22°C.

During permeability experiments in-situ reflectance spectroscopy is being performed. In the excel files the reflectance spectra
at each pressure is presented. Using these data we can obtain the maximum wavelength peak and peak shift at each condition.
